It depends on your level. If you do not know almost anything yet, then the best site for learning the rules is http://playgo.to/interactive/
And after you have learned the rules, you can start playing at www.gokgs.com

I know Go rules and solved a few tens problems about Life and Death, but I'm not feeling game generally. I have played a few games and I don't know what is better - to play only or to solve problems etc.
