International Qualification Tournament of World Championship (QT)

The International Qualification Tournament (QT) was first organized in 1993 when the number of renju countries had increased a lot and there was a growing need for pre-selection system. In 1993 the 3 best qualified to the finals, but since 1995 the number of qualifying seats has been 5.
