Article Download Page Download: The Renju World Championship 2001 (138.5KB) Category: Tournament Comments: Two years since the last, 6th Renju World Championship in Beijing (China), seemed to pass very quickly. In August, 2001 the old Japanese capital town Kyoto invited all Renju fans to take part in a great Renju festival. Everybody who could reach Kyoto believed that it would be unforgettable days of playing Renju, meeting with old and new friends all over the world, and everybody was eager and full of hope to to get acquaintance with a rich Japanese culture, traditions and a very beautiful city of Kyoto. And at least nobody was disappointed!......
