Tarannikov Wednesday 23rd of January 2008 11:12:28 AM Gomoku Black resigned after the 6th move since both 7th moves closed a three were not allowed by opening rules - the 7th move must me made at the distance exactly 2 from the center.   Tarannikov Wednesday 23rd of January 2008 12:52:41 PM Golosov declared the opening rules: 2nd move must be made at distance exactly 1 from the center. 3rd move must be made at distance exactly 3 from the center. 4th move must be made at distance exactly 2 from the center. 2 alternative 5th moves (symmetric are allowed) must be made at distance exactly 2 from the center. 6th move must be made at distance exactly 2 from the center. 2 alternative 7th moves (symmetric are allowed) must be made at distance exactly 2 from the center. Nikonov chose to be Number One. In game: 5a - 6 7a were not played (Nikonov resigned). After 3-3 White demonstrates a sure win. The only defence to Black was 3-g11 (or symmetric 3-k7)!
