The variant itself was not very well chosen by black, and white got the deserved advantage there quite soon. Even though black could have played a bit better (maybe 15-i10, 17-L10), it still does not much change the essence of the variant - white still has an advantage. Black should try 9-k10 instead, or simply another 5th move.
